  Working from home means the sky's the limit when it comes to making your workspace your own. But it also means that you can't take a casual walk around the office to see how everyone else made their space work. So instead, I'm here to share with you the things that I have to help my home office run smoothly. 1. Letter Sorter I don't necessarily use it to sort letters, though your certainly can; instead, I use it to keep within eye-sight things that need my attention. I have documents concerning brand deals, checks to deposit, and even my home planner in mine. 2. Dry Erase Board Here is where I write down any small thing that comes up that needs my attention. For example, if I'm in the middle of working on something and just realized something else I need to get done, I'd jot it down on my white board above my desk so I don't forget. My birthday is coming up in about two weeks, and I am really looking forward to actually getting to celebrate in person with my friends and family this year. Before all that can happen, though, my family and my in-laws are requesting that I provide them with a birthday wish list.  Now, in the past when April rolled around, I would sit down to compile a wish list and promptly forget everything I had wanted over the course of the year. So, over the years, I've gotten smarter about it. I've started keeping a running wish list, which I now sit down with at the beginning of April and finalize, taking off anything I no longer want, and adding on any last minute items that I come up with.  So, for everyone struggling to come up with ideas for their own wish list, or who is simply curious as to what I'm asking for, here is my birthday wish list for this year. And what all needs to be included? There are a lot of spring cleaning checklists out there, but how do you know which one is right for you? I'm not here to provide you with a checklist for spring cleaning. Like I said above, there are a lot already out there. I'm here to provide you with some tips and tricks to make spring cleaning work for you. Set Realistic Goals How much time do you have to dedicate to spring cleaning? If spring is your busy time, it's probably best that you don't plan a huge project that entails moving all your furniture to deep soak your carpet and sorting through every last object you own. Easter is nearly here, so I thought I would share with you some of my favorite Easter dessert recipes. None of these are original to me; they are simply recipes I have found and liked enough to share. No-Bake Mini Egg Easter Nests This is an adorable Easter twist on the classic rice krispie treat. Aside from how cute these are, I love this dessert for 2 reasons: 1. In my family rice krispie treats are a staple of every get-together. 2. Cadbury Mini Eggs are my favorite Easter treat. These are super easy to make, and they can be done with either Cabury Mini Eggs or Robins Eggs. Easter Dirt Cake     I have such fond memories of eating dirt cake as a kid, and this cake definitely lives up to them. Who wouldn't love the addition of marshmallow peeps - I know I prefer them to the classic gummy worms. The M&Ms in this dessert could also be replaced with your favorite mini eggs, if you prefer.
